VALENTINE, 16, GOT INTO DIFFICULTY WHILE SWIMMING AT BEAUTY SPOT
THE family of a 16-year-old boy who died after swimming at a Nottingham park have said they are "absolutely devastated" by his death.
The Nottingham College student, now named as Valentine Ikechukwu, died on Wednesday, after getting into difficulty while swimming at Colwick Country Park's West Lake.
A multi-agency rescue operation was launched involving a police underwater search team, assisted by Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service.
