Decision to stick didn't pay off in loss

DECIDING whether to stick or twist is the dilemma for any manager after a win - and by halftime there was a clear sign Sean Dyche had got his Nottingham Forest call wrong.
Dyche had stuck with the same starting XI from Wednesday night's 1-0 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Injuries continue to limit his options anyway but there was certainly a logic to his decision to go again against Everton.
