City Labour MP calls for change in leadership

NOTTINGHAM MP Nadia Whittome says she now feels there “has to be a change in leadership” of the Labour Party as she became the second to call for Keir Starmer to go.

The MP for Nottingham East joined backbencher Clive Lewis in saying that Keir Starmer should make way for a new Labour Party leader.
The MP was giving an interview to a podcast hosted by ex-Labour candidate Ali Milani and asked about rumours surrounding Keir Starmer's future, she said: “Even if Keir Starmer had a radical change of direction, I don’t think people would believe him.
