Centre listens to staff over car park hours

VICTORIA Centre bosses have gone back on their decision to open a section of its car park later after feedback from retailers.

The Blue, Pink and Purple zones were going to be closed between 11.30pm and 6am.

However, after safety concerns raised by staff, the zones will open at 5am. Under the proposal, more than 1,000 spaces remained open overnight at the car park via the Glasshouse Street entrance.

Another main entrance to the car park is via Woodborough Road, off the A60 Mansfield Road.
