Welspun One Logistics Parks raises ₹1K crore for 2nd fund

Welspun One Logistics Parks, part of Mumbai-based conglomerate Welspun Group, said on Tuesday it has raised the primary target corpus of ₹1,000 crore ($122 million) for its second fund which marked its initial close in May.
The fund will now seek commitments for the green shoe option of ₹1,000 crore.
This forms part of the logistics-focused fund and development management platform's aim to achieve $1 billion in assets under management (AUM). It currently has an AUM of about ₹2,600 crore, according to its website.
The new fund will add about 10-12 million sq ft of new projects, expanding Welspun One's total portfolio to 16-18 million sq ft over the next four to five years.
