Colgate-Palmolive Q1 profit drops 12%

Colgate-Palmolive India Ltd (CPIL) on Tuesday reported a decline of 11.9% in its net profit at ₹320.62 crore for the first quarter ended June 2025 on account of subdued urban demand and elevated competition intensity.

The company had posted a net profit of ₹363.98 crore in the April-June quarter a year ago, CPIL said in a regulatory filing.
