Innovist to Raise Over $15 Mn in Feb

Sauce VC-backed Innovist, which owns hair care brand Bare Anatomy, is in talks to raise over $15 million from new and existing investors in a largely primary round, three people familiar with the matter told Mint.

The startup has already received term sheets from new investors and expects to close the round later this month, the first of the three people cited earlier said, all of whom spoke on the condition of anonymity.
