‘The proposed amendmentis broadly targeted atany person orlicensee involved in the sale ordistribution of the specified high-riskdrugs. Thismeansall entities—from online marketplacesand e-commerce giants tolicensed e-pharmacies—will be subject to the new restrictions on advertising Schedule G,H, Hl, and X drugs, accordingto the first official.
