'Affordable housing demand not down'

DFC Capital Advisors managing director and chief executive officer Vipul Roongta on Tuesday said the supply of affordable housing has gone down across major cities but not the demand, and urged real estate developers to focus on building homes costing ₹50 lakh to ₹1 crore.
