Sahitya Kala Parishad and the Government of NCT, Delhi concluded the grand three-day cultural celebration 'Remembering Ghalib', commemorating the birth anniversary of the legendary poet Mirza Ghalib. Conceptualised by Kathak exponent Dr Uma Sharma, this event brought Ghalib's timeless works to contemporary audiences while celebrating Delhi's rich cultural and literary heritage.
The event commenced on December 15 with a solemn candle-light march from Town Hall, Chandni Chowk to Ghalib's Haveli in Ballimaran followed by 'Mehfil-e-Ghazal' at Ghalib's Haveli.
