New Bihar ministers get portfolios, some others get fresh responsibilities

Portfolios were allocated to all the seven new ministers in Bihar on Thursday and many other members of the state cabinet, including a Deputy Chief Minister, also got fresh responsibilities.

All but one of the ministers getting new responsibilities belong to BJP, the alliance partner of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
The BJP has 21 members in the state's 36-strong cabinet upon expansion on Wednesday.
