Validity of vehicle registration, driver's licenses extended by LTO due to weather disturbances

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has extended the validity of all motor vehicle registration and driver's license that were set to expire on Tuesday, Sept. 30, as part of the assistance to those affected by the weather disturbances that hit the country in the past weeks.
LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Vigor D. Mendoza II said part of the memorandum he issued to all regional directors down to the district offices is also to waive the penalties for late registration until Oct. 3.
