In a landmark event, the 20th edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards culminated its Grand Final in recognition of the remarkable real estate achievements across the region, including Hong Kong, Macau, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Sri Lanka, the Middle East, and the Philippines.

Spanning 13 property markets, the 2025 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final distinguished Asia's outstanding developers, developments, and designs in a grand ceremony held on December 12, 2025, at The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.
