Now, it's her time to shine in her solo movie with David Guillespe’s “Supergirl.” Does she have the power to carry an entire film, or has this latest DC entry acted as a kryptonite to the newly formed cinematic universe?

Fret not, as “Supergirl” delivers in both action and charm. Watching a mostly inebriated hero is a joy, evoking the same delight as the antics in “Drunken Master.”
