Mayor-elect Isko: New challenges require new solutions

Manila Mayor-elect Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso vowed to launch new programs and initiatives to address new and more complex challenges brought about by present times.

In a statement, Domagoso said that with the ever-changing landscape, skills, experience, and competency are not anymore the only things that are essential to respond to the needs of the people.

"Kung ano 'yung nakita nila dati at nagustuhan nila, we will try to innovate kasi pabago-bago na ang panahon at may bago ring challenges. Tutugon tayo sa pangangailangan ng takbo ng panahon at 'yun ang tingin ko na maio-offer natin this time (What they saw before and liked, we will try to innovate because times are changing and there are new challenges. We will respond to the needs of the times and that is what I think we will offer this time)," he noted.

As the elected mayor of the capital city, Domagoso underscored the need of the city government to be proactive and adaptive in serving its residents.
