Hyundai introduces new Ioniq 5, Ioniq 9, and Palisade Hybrid
Hyundai is giving buyers many more options to electrify their daily drive or weekend journeys with three new models that offer more space, power, and range: the updated Ioniq 5 and new Ioniq 9, as well as updated its Palisade offering with a new Hybrid variant.
Ioniq 9
The Ioniq 9 is what Hyundai calls a full-sized E-SUV. It boasts sedan-like aerodynamics within an SUV frame. Its notable features include cube projection headlights, digital side mirrors, and a digital center mirror.
Inside, the Ioniq 9 offers generous space for its six-seat configuration. Center seats can stretch to a full-flat form to truly enjoy its panoramic sunroof and lounge-like cabin. It also comes with a cavernous 1,323L of cargo space.
The driver gets a panoramic curved infotainment display, offering intuitive access to navigation, entertainment, as well as vehicle functions and information. It’s paired with a premium Bose sound system.
Being an SUV, the Ioniq 9 can take on both urban streets or off-road terrain, thanks to its Multi-Terrain Control. Furthermore, it comes with Hyundai SmartSense, a suite of auxiliary safety features as well as ten airbags. A builtin front and back camera also helps the vehicle navigate in tight confines.
