Gerald Anderson: From actor to producer

ACTOR Gerald Anderson (left) and Dondon Monteverde of Reality MM Studios pose during a press conference for 'Rekonek,' an entry to the 2025 Metro Manila Film Festival.

"Rekonek," which tells the story of the worldwide loss of the internet on Christmas Eve, will be produced in partnership between Gerald's The Th3rd Floor Studios and Dondon Monteverde's Reality MM Studios.

"I am trying to learn as much as I can as a producer. Kanina napagusapan namin ang mga plans for next year. And these are the projects na gusto kong gawin because out of the box sila. Alam naman natin ang Reality MM Studios hindi sila basta basta nagpo-produce. So it's a privilege for me to be in partnership with Sir Dondon. (I am trying to learn as much as I can as a producer. We recently talked about plans for next year. And these are the projects I want to do because they are out-of-the-box. We know that Reality MM Studios doesn't just produce. So it's a privilege for me to be in partnership with Sir Dondon)," said Gerald on being a first-time producer.

Gerald aspires to embark on meaningful projects that empower individuals to discover new knowledge and skills, igniting a passion for learning and personal growth.
