Capiz logs first Mpox case

The province of Capiz has recorded a positive case of monkeypox (Mpox).
The Capiz Provincial Health Office (CPHO) under Dr. Ramon Alex Nolasco confirmed this in a statement on Friday, June 20.
According to the CPHO, the case was confirmed through a laboratory test conducted by the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) in Muntinlupa City.
