LIVERPOOL'S Mohamed Salah has dismissed City's recent slump, admitting that the Premier League champions are poised for a comeback.

Following their 3-2 victory over Southampton, the Reds have extended their lead to eight points at the top of the table, capitalising on their rival's defeat.
City were stunned by a 4-0 defeat at home to Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday evening.
