A TINY studio apartment in south Manchester where tenants sleep next to the oven has caused a stir online, with its price tag of £850 per month.
The flat, off Wilmslow Road in Withington, has been ‘newly refurbished’, featuring a double bed with storage and drawers, a fitted wardrobe with a hanging rail and shelves, along with a desk and a small sofa, the advertisement said.
Advertised on SpareRoom with Basil Estates, the £850 price tag for the room is also inclusive of water, gas, fibre optic internet and council tax. Electric is not included within the rent however.
