LUCIANO Spalletti has been sacked as Italy head coach.
-
The 66-year-old announced the news during his press conference ahead of Monday's World Cup qualifier against Moldova.
Spalletti came under pressure after his country’s campaign began with Friday evening's 3-0 defeat away to Norway.
