Police appeal for witness following man's death

THEY HOPE HE MAY BE ABLE TO HELP IDENTIFY THE MAN WHO WAS FOUND NEAR THE PASSPORT OFFICE
MERSEYSIDE Police are still trying to identify a man who died after being found in Liverpool city centre at the weekend.
North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) was called at around 4.35am on Saturday to reports a man had been found on Old Hall Street. He was taken to hospital where he died a short time later. A police cordon was put in place near to the entrance of the passport office following the incident.
