LANDMARK'S NEW NAME RECALLS ITS ORIGINAL GUISE

ONE of Liverpool's most well-known hotels has reopened under new management and with a new name.

The ECHO reported earlier this year the 30 James Street Hotel, at the Grade II* Albion House building, had closed its doors amid financial problems.

The hotel, which was once the headquarters of the White Star Line shipping company, where the RMS Titanic was registered, had been known as 30 James Street for many years, but had struggled with a variety of problems.
