COLLINS AND MAKAMA ARE ON TARGET AGAINST THE TIGERS
INCOLN City's preseason got off to a winning start with a solid opening performance against Championship opponents Hull City.
James Collins opened the scoring after 15 minutes, heading home an Erik Ring corner, before Jovon Makama struck with a powerful effort on a counterattack as the Imps won 2-0.
Jack Moylan also saw a late effort clip the outside of a post.
The match was played behind-closed-doors at the Tigers' training ground in East Yorkshire, with the Imps naming different XIs in each half to give every player a 45 minute run out.
