Vengeance crew raise £4880 for charities

The crew of HMS Vengeance raised £4880 for good causes after holding a series of fundraising events.

They collected the money during an operational deployment of the Continuous At Sea Deterrent (CASD), where several coffee mornings were held onboard.

The funds were shared across The Submarine Family (£1440), Endometriosis UK (£2000), and the Onboard Welfare Fund (£1440).

Discussions were held between crew members Chief Petty Officer (CPO) Sneddon and Petty Officer (PO) Drummond on which charities would benefit.
