TERRORIST GROUP ALLEGATIONS COULD LEAD TO TRIAL NEXT YEAR
THREE people, including a father and daughter, have appeared in court charged with allegedly supporting and financing the terrorist group Hamas.
Bisharet Ali, 61, from Leicestershire, and Mohmed Patel, 50, are accused of inviting support for a proscribed organisation between October 5, 2023 to January 1, 2024, and inviting others to provide money or other property intending that it should be used for the purposes of terrorism between October 9, 2023 and January 4, 2024.
