Appeal to trace Audi car after fatal collision

POLICE investigating a crash that killed a 22-year-old man have said they now believe a second car might have been involved.

Detectives said initially they thought no other vehicles were involved in the collision that claimed the life of Jack Woodward.

Police and East Midlands Ambulance Service were called to Old Dalby’s Nottingham Lane, near Melton, at 7.10am on Thursday, July 17 following reports a black Land Rover Discovery had left the carriageway and gone into a ditch.
