Six Wesham Road Runners members were among those who took on the Media City 5k race around Salford Quays.

Mick Edge finished 33rd in 21:16, while Carmel Sullivan was 37th overall with a time of 21:56.
Ryan Azzopardi was 41st in 22:37, Jamie Metcalfe 58th in 24:00, Martin Bates 135th in 30:55 and Michelle Pitt 184th in 37:18.
Steve Myerscough ran the final Harrock Hill Race of the season, finishing 86th in 46:26.
