LGBTQ+ celebration is set to bring thousands to city centre

Preston Pride returns this weekend with a day of music, performance, stalls and support for the LGBTQ+ community.
The 2025 edition will be held on Saturday at the Flag Market from 10am until 4pm.
It will feature live music, drag performances and local artists and comes with the aim of being a welcoming space for everyone regardless of background.
More than 3,000 people attended Preston Pride in 2024.
Coun Anna Hindle, cabinet member for culture and arts at Preston City Council, said: “Preston Pride has become one of the most important and uplifting events in our city’s calendar.
