Things are looking up for a Lancaster band with more than 150 years of playing experience between them.

The Out and Out Blues Band have launch a new album and are booked in for a music festival in their home city next month

The Love Lancaster Live festival is taking place on Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12.

The band was formed in 2023 by James Mackie who recorded two albums with The Selecter during the 80s.

Other members of the Out and Out Blues Band are original founders of Lancaster Music Festival - Ben Ruth, Rob Livesey, James Barrott and Niels Rasmussen.
