Climate change - not enthusiastic, but we have to do it

In the face of overwhelming scientific evidence from respected independent scientists all over the world, and from science based organisations such as Nasa, backed up by smaller institutions such as our own Met office, the majority of the world has reached a broad consensus; an acceptance of the fact that human activities which lead to an excess of greenhouse gases-such as the burning of fossil fuels - have caused unprecedented global warming which has already started to lead to to big climate changes.

It seems that some people dispute this and produce dubious evidence (eg, scientific data lifted out of context, or arguments which have long been debunked by respected scientists) to back up their statements.
