Stuart Kettlewell says he'll separate his job and his family life after taking on the Rugby Park gig.

The 40-year-old quit as Motherwell boss in January and cited abuse from the stands negatively impacting himself and his family as a key factor in stepping away.

He's back in the game just four months later having signed a two-year deal to replace Derek McInnes in Ayrshire and admits he's learned valuable lessons from the experience.
