The news traveled fast through staff rooms, whispered over WhatsApp.

Teachers felt frustration and disappointment, as if a door had closed in front of them just when a new path had begun to appear. A CEO looks after many things: budgets, discipline, planning, and overall management.

The role also means noticing a student who is struggling, seeing when a teacher is worried, and handling markbooks through long winters and exams. No book can teach this. Only years of experience do.
