Actors remake band's iconic US concert in '65

IT was the Beatles’ biggest concert, with fans screaming so loudly the band famously couldn't hear themselves playing their instruments.

Now the actors playing the Fab Four in Sam Mendes film project have got on stage to recreate the 1965 gig, which was at Shea Stadium in New York City.

For the remake of the concert, movie-makers shot scenes at Montjuic baseball stadium in Barcelona as the original US venue was demolished in 2009.

Paul Mescal (Paul McCartney), Barry Keoghan (Ringo Starr), Joseph Quinn (George Harrison) and Harris Dickinson (John Lennon) wear the collarless beige jackets of the Fab Four.
