Virgil urges Reds to put bad week behind them & secure Prem crown in quick time

VIRGIL VAN DIJK knows Liverpool's critics will think the sky is falling in but he has urged his team-mates to waste no time in getting the job done in the Premier League.

Arne Slot's side lost the Carabao Cup final on Sunday to Newcastle to cap a week in which they were also dumped out of the Champions League by Paris Saint-Germain on penalties.

Liverpool's prize that you work so hard for hopes of winning from the start of the season when no one expected us to be three challenging for, first and foremost, the Premier League, one of the biggest prizes, and then on the side of that all the other trophies.
