Tributes paid to victim of lawnmower crash tragedy

A MAN who died following a crash between a ride-on lawnmower and a car has been named.

Kieran McArdle, who was from Ballypatrick, Clonmel, Co Tipperary, was killed on Friday on the N76 at Kilcash Cross at 9.50pm.

It is understood that Mr McArdle, in his 30s, had borrowed the ride-on lawnmower to cut the grass in a communal area at Kilcash Cross - 2km from where he lived.

The driver of the car involved in the fatal collision is a 20-year-old man who lives close to the deceased man.
