JOHNNY SEXTON has a unique insight into the current Ireland out-half debate.

If the choice is whether to go with Munster’s Jack Crowley or Leinster's Sam Prendergast there is little doubt Andy Farrell, while retaining the final decision, will rely heavily on his assistant’s advice.

Sexton of course has firsthand experience of playing through a period of rivalry with Ronan O’Gara.
