FORMER Dublin All Star hurler Danny Sutcliffe has announced his retirement from intercounty hurling.
The St Jude's star, 33, has brought an end to his Dubs journey that started at minor level back in 2008.
Sutcliffe earned his senior debut for the Boys in Blue when then-boss Anthony Daly handed the pacey half-forward his Championship opportunity against Limerick in the 2011 All-Ireland quarterfinal.
