Brawling feud pair shock shoppers at busy centre

THESE are the shocking scenes that erupted at a shopping centre as feuding Traveller families clashed.

The horrific incident which saw carpet knives drawn was captured on video and left a teen hospitalised with stomach wounds.

Shocked and frightened shoppers looked on in horror while others tried to move away from the feuding gang as they ran through the premises in Newbridge, Co Kildare, on Sunday.

Gardai now fear more reprisal attacks may happen between the feuding families.

The 45-second video starts with three bare-chested men outside the centre door appearing to goad each other before two of them start to punch each other.
