CONVENT school educated Jessie Buckley first appeared in the spotlight aged 17 on the BBC talent show I'd Do Anything in 2008.

- BY LAUREN DEL FABBRO

The series documented the search for a new lead to play Nancy in the London's West End revival of the musical Oliver!

But it saw Buckley ending as runner-up, losing out to future Coronation Street star Jodie Prenger.

Jessie went on to study at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London and graduated with a BA in acting in 2013.
