Judge dismisses '2020 election forgery' charges

A JUDGE dismissed criminal charges yesterday against 15 Republicans accused of trying to falsely certify Donald Trump as the winner of the 2020 election.
-
Michigan District Court Judge Kristen D Simmons said that because they seriously believed President Trump, there was no intent to commit fraud.
The judge's dismissal is a major blow to prosecutors, as similar cases in four other states have been muddied with setbacks.
