IRISH people age more slowly than their global counterparts, it's emerged.

Boffins declared the biological age of an Irish adult is on average four years younger than their chronological one.

Scientists reckon this shows that most Irish people have healthy habits and proactive lifestyles.

Biological age reflects how well the body is functioning based on measured factors like heart rate data, exercise activity levels, and oxygen consumption.
