Hallgrímsson is Hungary for more in Budapest battle

HEIMIR Hallgrimsson has cranked up the mind-games ahead of tomorrow's crunch World Cup qualifier against Hungary.

He reckons Ireland are in a better place psychologically as they are hot on the heels of their hosts, who left Yerevan last Thursday believing their win against Armenia would have been enough to secure a playoff spot.

Thanks to that incredible 2-0 win over Portugal, Hungary still need a point from their final Group F game at home to the Boys in Green.

Ireland, on the other hand, need a win to overtake the Magyars and secure second place.
