Arsenal and Spurs should have done so much more

IT'S embarrassing for North London that Arsenal and Tottenham haven't won a league title in decades.

The Gunners have waited 21 years, Spurs an astonishing 64.

Sometimes you wonder if either club truly cares, because if they did, they'd demand better.

Arsenal at least look close to ending that famine, but even so, they've been nearly-men for years.

Tomorrow's North London Derby is enormous but massive clubs should be chasing titles, not just bragging rights.

Sadly, it’s been a long time since this fixture decided anything meaningful. That needs to change.
