Court is told more charges could follow
A MAN accused of the sexual assault of a girl near Citywest in Dublin is fit for trial, a court heard yesterday.
The 26-year-old cannot be named because of legal restrictions on all sexual assault cases.
He appeared via video link at Cloverhill Courthouse, where the proceedings, and the defendant's replies, were translated by an Arabic interpreter.
