Paedo postman jailed for 20 years falls ill

A CHILD rapist who has been in prison for over 20 years is now on his “deathbed” in hospital.

This paper has learned that vile former postman Michael Farrell Jr, 65, formerly of Davin Park, Mountmellick, Co Laois, was recently taken from Dublin's Arbour Hill Prison to hospital, amid serious illness.

The depraved rapist, who attacked two sisters multiple times and sexually abused a third when they were children, has been behind bars for over 21 years - and has been one of the longest incarcerated sexual offenders in the system.
