Emotional Cristiano on song as Portugal pip Spain in shoot-out

PORTUGAL were penalty kings to end Spain's unbeaten record and win the Nations League.
Only three teams have ever won the Nations League and now Portugal have done it twice.
Inaugural winners in 2019, Portugal defied the odds to beat European champions Spain in Munich and end their 19-game unbeaten run.
Having come from behind against Germany in the semi-final, where Cristiano Ronaldo scored the winner, Portugal again did it the hard way.
Martin Zubimendi gave Spain the lead before Nuno Mendes equalised for Roberto Martinez's side. Mikel Oyarzabal again put Spain ahead with a deft finish before Ronaldo levelled.
