Another 69 kids in emergency accommodation

ANOTHER 69 children became homeless in May as the homelessness figures hit yet another record high.
The statistics for that month show there were 10,903 adults and 4,844 children in emergency accommodation, a total of 15,747 people.
In April, there were a confirmed 15,580 individuals in emergency accommodation. Of these, 4,775 homeless people were children.
The March tally stated there were 15,418 homeless people, including 4,675 kids. Figures do not include those living on the streets, couch surfing or in domestic violence refuges.
