Publican to be laid to rest on Saturday

THE funeral details have been confirmed for publican Stephen McCahill, who was found dead outside his home in the early hours of Monday.

Michael Maloney, 32, of Loughros Point, Ardara, Co Donegal was charged with the murder of the 65-yearold at Letterkenny District Court on Tuesday.

Mr McCahill was the co-owner of the Corner House pub in Ardara and a former recipient of the "Donegal Person of the Year" award.

His remains will repose at his home today and tomorrow from 11am to 9pm.
