PRICE EYES REPEAT OF 2021 GLORY

GERWYN PRICE will hope to relive memories from 2021 as he seeks to clinch the coveted world title once more.

The Iceman's only win at the event came with a 7-3 rout of Gary Anderson that year, as he also took over from Michael van Gerwen as No.1 in the PDC Order of Merit.

However, the past few years on the stage of Alexandra Palace have been rather unkind to Price.

The 40-year-old (above) has made the quarterfinals of the event three times in the years that have followed. That's not to say Price has struggled since the 2021 PDC World Championship.

In fact, it's quite the opposite.
